I’m a Londoner living in Grand Cayman, a mother of two and wife of a fitness entrepreneur. With a background in nutritional therapy, functional medicine and personal training I’m obsessed with discovering how we can look and feel our best naturally without feeling overwhelmed.
With so much negativity in the world that feels out of control, I hope you can focus on the things you can change, which start within you. The more healthy, vibrant and clear headed you are, the better your world will become. The food you eat, the way you move and your thoughts and beliefs shape your reality.
