What is The Renew Program?
The Renew Program is an immersive 8 week 1:1 coaching program that will catapult your motivation, discipline and focus to achieve the body of your dreams.
If you’re in a diet rut, confused, demotivated and lacking structure, it’s not your fault. There’s a reason millions of diet books have been published and yet we’re more sick and overweight than ever. Modern life with all the food and Netflix our hearts desire has us exhausted, overfed and malnourished.
In this program you’ll enter into an intimate online space with me where you’ll be on a step by step weight loss journey dedicated to regaining confidence in your body.

Fasting
Food timing is just as important as food quality. These days it’s the norm to graze throughout the day. In fact it’s not just the norm, it’s expected. But if you want to feel light and lose extra pounds, it’s essential that you allow your body time to repair without digesting meals and snacks. The Renew Program will introduce you to different fasting techniques that you can use forever.
Fitness
To burn fat easily, you require a red hot metabolism and nothing can achieve this better than exercise. For women, building healthy muscle mass is essential to keep us youthful and feeling good in our own skin. Regular weight training, cardio and sports mean you take charge of your body and reclaim control. In The Renew Program we’ll dive into your fitness regime, whether you’re experienced or not, and devise ways to progress and challenge your body to get the best results.

We’ll chat every week to keep you on track and I’ll be your accountability buddy in between. Because I want you to succeed and you’re not giving up this time, not on my watch! Who’s your coach?
The Renew Program is created and led by me, Tamara Walpole.
I’m a nutritionist, fitness educator and podcast host of Your Body’s Way. With over 20 years helping clients and students achieve their goals, my mission is to bring the simple concepts of healthy food, fasting and exercise to light for as many women as possible.
In a society where grazing and couch surfing is the norm, we’re becoming increasingly overweight and craving more unhealthy foods than ever before.
So by working closely with me, I’ll provide you with the baseline health principles necessary to lose weight and live joyfully as well as personalised actions based on your unique body.
